The IBA Advisory Panel
IBA would be nothing without a top-class expert body of specialists from all around the world and many subject areas who work as consultants for the operating company and the other parties involved in the organising of the building fair.
The board of trustees has been appointed in 2007 and met for 13 times in total. Its members agreed on the IBA-excellence-criterias to rate the projects and discussed all fundamental concepts. The board of trustees does not take formal determinations but rather sharpens the topics as well as goals of the IBA in its discussions. Another, important function of the board of trustees has been the political support in times of senate-political changes and tactical election "discussions".
