Where is home-building headed?

HOW and WHERE do we want to live in future? These were the key questions before the IBA congress “Where is home-building headed in the 21st century?” held on 23 and 24 August. After pioneering home-building projects in Germany and some IBA Hamburg models had been presented and discussed, the next stage was to talk about the issue of who gives the impetus to embark on future-oriented concepts for buildings and homes and where action needs to be taken.
